Using the Internet Some useful sites that will help you to learn how to use the Internet. Some include tutorials.
The Internet has a lot to offer, but not all sources are equally valuable or reliable. Here are some websites which may help you evaluate the resources on offer.
Search Engines Selected Search engines. Search engines are tools that enable you to search for key words or phrases within documents on the Internet.
Subject Directories Sites are organised under broad subject categories, then topics and subtopics.
Other Library Websites Selected websites of other New Zealand libraries, plus a link to Te Puna Web Directory's Libraries page.
